free updates for your software.

Online software users
don't need to do any downloading as they get all latest updates
naturally whenever they log in. This page only applies to
our CD based software.

You
must only download updates for the particular version that
you have e.g. you cannot download the SENCO Manager 7 update
if you are using SENCO Manager 2006.
First,
check the Main Menu screen of your software, bottom left
or right-hand corner, and see which Build you currently
have. If it's different to the
Build on this page then you should download the update.
Click "More
information" for details of the improvements contained
in each update.
When downloading an
update you have the option either to "Open" (or "Run")
and install immediately, or "Save" to save the
update and run later or on another PC. (Just
double-click the saved file to install it later.).
Your existing
data will not be affected in any way by the update
but it's always good practice to back up your data
first; please consult the manual or call if you need
any advice on backing-up. |

If you have problems
importing from your CTF this may be because your computer
does not
yet have the latest Microsoft Windows ® updates installed.
We recommend that you Click
here to download and install Microsoft's MSXML4 which
will allow you to import from your CTF.
For users of Windows XP, if you have
an error message when you open SENCO Manager 7,
IEP Pro 7 or Provision Map Writer for the first time
after installation this is because you need to update
your system. click
