Please note: because
of the number and nature of Microsoft Windows versions
and patches that have been produced recently, we are no longer able
to support versions earlier than 2006. (Fixes
for those earlier versions that were previously available
from the Downloads page have been removed because we
can no longer guarantee their effectiveness.)
If you have a problem
specific to pre-2006 versions, we will provide
support but if the problem is a result of the combination
of the operating system and the program, that particular
problem will not be supported.
Purchase of any of our products entitles you to
free support, 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. With
a site licence, ALL staff employed by the purchasing
establishment are eligible for free support.
