All Blue Hills products are designed to be as intuitive as possible. Quick start video guides and contextual help mean that in most cases teachers will be getting results within the first hour of use.

Professional training, however, offers your staff the chance to explore and begin to use the more advanced features more rapidly. It improves confidence, provides the opportunity to ask questions and helps to encourage school-wide adoption amongst your teaching and practitioner teams.

Training options

We offer 1:1 training, small group training for up to 3 people, and staff INSET.

We can deliver a standard training package that will give you a good overview of the software and set you up ready to work with your own data. Alternatively, 1:1 training can be bespoke to match your particular training needs for your particular set of circumstances in school.

Small group training is ideal for 2 or 3 teachers getting together from neighbouring schools to share the cost of training on the same software application. It is also suitable for teachers and teaching assistants or administrative colleagues who work together.

Staff INSET can be the best solution when you are introducing a new management process, supported by one of our software applications, across the school.

Delivery

Our trainer or trainers will travel to your school, working with your own data on your school system, network, laptop or internet connection. If you prefer we can use sample data on our own laptops.

If you want to share the cost of training with another school, we can arrange a venue that best suits everybody.

Alternatively, for shorter sessions lasting up to about 90 minutes we also offer remote training which is delivered live over the internet. It can be just as effective as on site training depending on your requirements.
