As well as improvements made to enable the program to run more efficiently within the environment created by the latest Microsoft Windows® updates, the updates also add the following new features. Updates apply to both XP and Vista versions unless otherwise stated.

Spring 2009 (Build 14)
- improved sorting in Map Planning Tool - random sorting sometimes occurred.
- improved Individual Map report - where pupil had more than 5 or 6 interventions, all interventions were placed on 2nd page.
- amended spelling errors in Outcome Analysis reports.
- fixed faulty editing of Type of Need in Register - after editing, Type of Need was missing from various reports.
- fixed "List of current interventions" report in "Print centre - pupils". Start and Finish dates for interventions were all showing the same dates.
Autumn 2008 (Build 13)
- in Map Planning Tool, interventions now are sorted by year group, intervention type and intervention .
- in Map Planning Tool, fixed error message and prevention of entry of free text into intervention selection box.
- in Map Planning Tool, fixed intermittent error on clicking "?" button next to the Intervention selection box.
- VISTA ONLY (Build 13b): fixed problem with adding new interventions to new Map in Map Planning Tool if sample data was deleted without first having created another Map.
- VISTA ONLY (Build 13b): enables mixed Vista and XP workstations on a network to share data.
Autumn 2008 (Build 12)

Summer 2008 (Build 10)
- new Menu item added to Main Menu: "Outcome Tracking Analysis". Provides pre-defined and user-defined analysis of intervention outcomes.
- on creating a new Map, options to copy from previous Map: budget and staff and hours available; from previous interventions, Monitoring, Assessment, Aims and Success Criteria.
- in Interventions Database, added "Further information" button for each intervention.
- in Utilities screen, added option to change which Map is current.
- on CTF import, added further options for updating pupils already in the Inclusion Register: SEN provision and Year group.
- in Staff and Budget Tool, added further information on hours available and hours used for each person.
- when adding Staff to intervention, added option to override warning about available hours exceeded for person selected.
Summer 2008 (Build 9)
- "Gifted and Talented" has been added to Intervention Types in the Interventions database and shows in final Provision Map.
- names of Levels of Need can now be changed in the Inclusion Register to comply with school or LA practice e.g "Concern" can be renamed as "Monitoring" etc.
- Individual Maps now show teacher names as well as job titles
- you can now open an Intervention record even though no named pupils have been assigned to it.
- budgets and staffing for previous (non-current) maps can now be viewed and printed in the Staff and Budget tool.
- all pupils on register can be moved up one NC year group at year start with one button-click in Flood-fill Pupil Data sceen (from Inclusion Register).
Spring 2008 (Build 8)
- improved ethnic coding and ethnic statistical reports.
- data analysis: "Level of Need by:" report - miscalculation on pupils with statements fixed.
