I find the filters for Must, Should, Could useful to pass on to receiving teachers prior to them getting their new class. Also the Budget Tool is useful and easy to use and achieves the "Value for Money" judgements that schools are expected to work on now.

Provision Map Writer has made our lives so much easier. We are a huge primary school with 30% of our 860 pupils on the SEN register, so keeping a handle on it all is vital. Link to SIMS is great. Provision Map Writer has ensured that all pupils are accounted for and that all staff are aware of SEN pupils and their needs within their class. At the end of this year we will be able to evaluate our interventions and plan for next year.

The SIMS link is vital. We are currently using Provision Map Writer for logging interventions and producing individual student maps and we use the analysis of needs section to identify priorities. It is relatively easy to use and I have recommended it to other schools.

We use Provision Map Writer to inform class teachers and the Senior Management Team what interventions particular pupils are having. Having the SIMS link means I don't have to input all pupil info manually.

Impressed with detail on reports that record interventions occurring in school and children and staff involved. Incredible level of support from company - emails answered swiftly - very impressive. Particularly like the option to print reports for everyone or for a particular class or year group.

I have found PMW fantastic for analysing how interventions are being run. We have been able to see problems with certain interventions and TAs that are having difficulties delivering interventions.
