We take data security very seriously. Pupil and staff data is safely stored on servers in England with advanced security, fire suppression, climate control and power protection equipment. Scheduled data backups take place on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Nobody can access your school's data except you or, with your agreement, our authorised staff who are at minimum Enhanced DBS checked.

We have a GDPR-compliant data protection agreement which outlines our commitment to safeguarding your data. The main points of the agreement are:

• Information you upload to the site or enter or amend on the site is not shared by us (Blue Hills Software Company and its employees) with any other organisation or individual for any purpose whatsoever.
• We take all appropriate steps to protect personally identifiable information as you transmit your information from your computer to our site and to protect such information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
• We use leading technologies and encryption software to safeguard your data, and operate strict security standards to prevent any unauthorised access to it.
• You also have a responsibility to take reasonable steps to safeguard your login details for the website.
